Class Schedule

New Create and Sip Party - One day/night - $40 per person 4 people min. 
 Make Christmas ornaments, jewelry cabochons, or a trinket dish. Contact for available dates.  

Beginning Fusing Class - $125.00- 3 consecutive Tuesdays beginning June 1st from 10am to 12pm -  Includes all materials to make one 5x5" trinket dish and several dichroic pendants. 

Beginning Fusing  Class - Pick your date$125.00 each - 3 Day Beginning Fusing Class. Minimum of 4 people. You get to pick the days that work best for your group. 

Tuesday Workshop - $20 for 2 hour session. Every Tuesday from 1 pm to 3 pm and Thursday 7 pm to 9 pm. Each 2 hour open studio session includes use of all equipment. You may bring in your own glass or purchase from my studio. Must have completed Beginning Fusing class.

Beginning Fusing Class.

Informative hands-on class

The extensive three day class, students will learn fusing basics, including glass compatibility, kiln preparation and operation, fusing, slumping, and cold-working. Students will also learn to create exciting, unique effects with simple layout methods and tools. Students will make unique cabochons for jewelry and/or small dish using dichroic and art glass.

Day 1 – learn the basics in glass compatibility, kiln preparation, glass safety, cutting and assembly, and kiln firing.

Day 2 – Cold working instruction. Learn how to use glass saw, grinders and drill press. Prepare glass for more cabochons or small dish. Fire polishing cold-worked cabochons from day one.

Day 3 – Cold work day 2 cabochons and prepare for firing. Learning how to use slumping molds and firing for dishes.

Finished projects can be picked by the schedule you will be provided.

Safety: Please do not wear sandals or loose sleeve tops. Please bring your own safety glasses. They must be worn during class. 

Tools & Materials Included: Fusible art and dichroic glass. Use of kilns and tools.

Additional Tools & Materials: Paper and pen for notes, safety glasses, work aprons if you have any (waterproof preferred) You may bring your own fusible glass including dichroic.
